Dear Mr. Waido:

Larimer County has reviewed the proposed Buderus First and Second
Annexations and finds that approval of these requests will not result
in any significant negative impacts on County facilities or services
provided that any development on these sites contributes its fair share
toward the improvement of Vine Drive. The zoning of this site in 1980
was conditionally approved. The conditions require conformance with
all UGA Application Criteria and participation in the improvements to
Vine Drive. If the conditions of the rezoning are enforced, the County
has no objection to the proposed annexations.
Thank you for -the opportunity to review these applications.
Sincerely,
M.J. "Moe" Mekelburg
