Waido, Chief Planner City of Fort Collins P.O. Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Mr. Waido: Board of County Commissioners 498-7010 FAX 498-7985 Post Office Box 1190 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-1190 Larimer County has reviewed the proposed Buderus First and Second Annexations and finds that approval of these requests will not result in any significant negative impacts on County facilities or services provided that any development on these sites contributes its fair share toward the improvement of Vine Drive. The zoning of this site in 1980 was conditionally approved. The conditions require conformance with all UGA Application Criteria and participation in the improvements to Vine Drive. If the conditions of the rezoning are enforced, the County has no objection to the proposed annexations. Thank you for -the opportunity to review these applications. Sincerely, M.J.
