There are several clean-up items for the Landscape Plan & Site Plan, they are:
1. Identifying areas outside the platted are and adding a note describing whose
responsibility it will be to maintain, irrigate, replace, etc...
Note added to site plan per comment.
2. Note for entryway (see site plan)
Note added to site and utility plans per comment.
3. Clean-up on elevation sheet.
I believe this might be a misinterpretation of NEC110-26. I've updated labels on the elevation sheet to
to properly label and identify on plans- Ian Skor

08/11/2020: Development Agreement:
Please fill out the information for Development Agreement form and return it to
me. Once all contributing departments have their comments resolved, we will be
able to draft a Development Agreement. We aim to have the draft completed
and into the City Attorney's Office by the time the applicant receives the second
round of FDP comments, but this is dependent on resolving comments from
contributing departments./
Development Agreement was sent to Morgan on 8/12/20- Ian Skor

Please clearly indicate the all Limits of Development (grading, staging
equipment, etc.) on all plans to ensure no disturbance within NHBZs.
The limits have been added to the landscape, utility, and site plans.

The fence is proposed -3' from tree #6 (6-10" cottonwood). To protect the
critical root zone and the canopy, the fence should be placed at least 6' from the
trunk. However, given the limitations (i.e. property line and fencing
requirements), Forestry asks that following be noted:
• Please adjust the placement of the fence posts outside of the interior critical
root zone of the tree.
• It may be necessary to raise the canopy prior to fence installation to ensure
the branches are not damaged in the process.
• Forestry will require a site visit prior to fence installation to evaluate tree
condition, determine if pruning is required and discuss fence post placement
around existing trees. Please add the following note to the utility, landscape,
and construction plans:
"Please schedule a site visit with Forestry prior to fence installation to
determine if pruning is required and to discuss placement of fence posts around
existing trees."
The note has been added to the landscape plans refer to note 13 on sheet LP101.

08/07/2020: ADDRESS POSTING
In earlier discussions, I believe an address location sign was indicated on the
plan but I couldn't find that in this revision. Please add it to plans, unless I
overlooked it. Thank you.
The address sign location was added to the utility plans.

08/10/2020: These solar arrays should maintain a 10ft min distance to property
line and 20ft between each array to avoid special construction requirements in
the IBC. A building permit is required, and the arrays must meet our wind and
snow loads. An engineered electrical one -line diagram is required in the
construction documents.
Solar is 10' from property and confirmed with Russ that the project is F-1 at II-B and
will not require 20ft between each array. - US
