the sits. —

on a daily basis or approximately 700 trips.
3. Director of Transportation said the City was concerned with
how people get to the site and not just circulation on site.
4. The City stated they understand this is a federal project and
doesn't have the same restrictions as a typical developer in
Fort Collins.

6. The city will require construction traffic to not use the
bridge on JFK. Trucks will be allowed to use this bridge
after construction is complete.
7. A proposal was made to allow a full intersection at Landings
and Boardwalk if, at a later date, a traffic study shows a
problem, that the interior circulation would be looked at.
For example, five years from now when JFK is through, that the
one-way customer parking may become two way.
8. The City requested a right and left out onto JFK instead of a
right out only.
9. The City requested the USPS to make a plat submittal for
record purposes only.
10. The City requested the USPS to pay the street oversizing fees.
11. The City asked the USPS to look into acquiring the triangular
shaped property between the USPS property and JFK parkway.
