Subject: New Post Office Sender: Bob SMITH / CFC52/01 TO: Ted SHEPARD / CFC52/01 Part 1. FROM: Susan HAYES / CFC52/01 TO: Ted SHEPARD / CFC52/01 Part 2 Part 3. FROM: Dottie NAZARENUS / CFC52/01 TO: Paul ECKMAN / CFC/01 CC: Bob SMITH / CFC52/01 Part 4. Hi Paul: Dated: 03/13/91 at 1653. Contents: 4. Ted Shepard asked me to calculate fees for the new post office and send the info to you, so here it is. Stormwater Basin Fee (New Development) - $23,580.67 This is based on 418,176 sq.ft. (9.6 acres), 314,901 sq.ft. of impervious area and not enough onsite detention to get any credit. The fees were calculated from a very preliminary site plan that shows detention areas, but whether or not they will have enough volume to affect the fee is unknown from this plan. If credit is given, the fee codld be reduced as much as 75% to $5,895.17.. As you know, everyone pays the fee except CSU, so the federal government is expected to pay their fair share for the impact of this development on the basin which is McClelland/Mail Creek. I will be gone from March 11 thru March 28, so have fun! End of Item 10. Intray >
