The authority to make such a finding is found in Section 22-32-124,and Section 31-23-209of Colorado Revised Statutes. The Planning and Zoning Board recommended that Poudre School District consider the following two conditions to the Site. Plan: The alignment of Hinsdale Drive (extended) should be curvelinear. The intersection with Harmony Road should be shifted 100 to'200 feet to the west, and then be brougfit - into the existing Hinsdale Drive via a reverse curve. 2. In accordance with the Site Access Study, the new intersection of Harmony Road and Hinsdale Drive should be constructed with the striping and geometries as specified in order to accommodate the necessary turn lanes. It is the desire of the Planning and Zoning Board and the Development Services Staff of the City of Fort Collins to continue to work with Poudre School District in a spirit of cooperation. In fact, recent discussion regarding buffering the southerly property line and the location of the City neighborhood park have resulted in mutually beneficial solutions for both parties, including the Clarendon Hills neighborhood. We hope that this level of coordination will continue in the future. 281 North College Avenue • P.O.
