In order to process this annexation the application fees must be paid. An application fee of $60.00 is charged by the City of Fort Collins and a recording fee of $3.00 is charged by the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder's office.. Please make out two separate checks for these fees. The City Planning Department will have an annexation plat drawn for the application. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
