Dear Mr. Olt:
In response to your letter of May 15, 1991 regarding the I-L Site Plan Review for 1629 Blue Spruce Drive, I
am offering the following responses:
The trees are already there and were approved on 1635 Bluespruce P.U.D.
2. There is an operational sprinkler system for the site: 'We will add some zones for the rear at the site.
The central island has no sprinkler system. ,However, the trees located there are well established and
should need only periodic watering which is currently being done by a hose.
3. Existing planting area is washed rock. We have changed the site plan to include some additional shrubs
and we have also added plantings at the South property line.
4. The property to the South is vacant. The parking driveway ends at the property line. We anticipate
cutting back the parking lot by fifteen feet to allow for a five foot buffer and ten feet of island plantings.
5. Of course, there is a specific reason for installing the flexible barricades. However, after discovering all
of the problems associated with them, we will delete them from the plans.

13. "Bldg. Area 30,672 s.f." is the total square, footage of the first and second floors combined.
