Dear Resident,
On Thursday June 30, 1994, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director of Planning
will hold an administrative review hearing to consider two minor
subdivision proposals in your neighborhood.
These requests are known as Service Center 3rd Filing Replat and
Service Center 4th Filing Minor Subdivision, Case #25-91B. The 3rd
Filing Replat is a request for a one lot subdivision of
approximately 5.38 acres to create one legal lot, for existing
approved uses. The 4th Filing is a request for a one lot
subdivision of 4.68 acres to create one legal lot, for existing
approved uses. The properties are located at the northwest corner
of Vine Drive and Wood Street.
The request is for the creation of two legal subdivided lots only
and is not for review of development or construction proposals.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
