I dS-)ECTIQN Please be advised at the regular meeting of the Storm Drainage Board on Wednesday, October 13, 1982 the Board approved the floodplain variance for 725 Martinez Street. in Alta Vista Subdivision. The following conditions to the approval of the variance must be agreed upon by you with concurrence with this letter. 1) The owner of the property at 725 Martinez Street shall not at any time be permited to install a walk-in entrance to the basement level of the residence. , 2) The owner of the property at 725 Martinez Street shall indemnify and hold the City harmless from any and all damages to said property caused directly or indirectly from surface storm runoff. For your information flood insurance is available through local insurance agencies to protect you and future owners fran financial loss due to flooding damage. At your earliest convenience, please indicate your concurrence in this letter agreement by execution below. Sincerely, Robert W.
