The project is known as East Vine Streets Facility, Traffic Operations Building, P.D.P., #30-91 E. This is a request for a one-story, 9,441 square foot office building as Phase One of a multi -phased development. Phase Two would consist of two buildings, one for a sign/paint shop and one for a vehicle storage building for a total of 12,158 square feet. Combined, the total square footage would be 21,599 square feet. The site is 3.2 acres in size located at the southwest corner of Linden Street and East Vine Drive. The parcel is zoned I, Industrial. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
