HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IMPACT ANALYSIS
The Colorado Depaartmem of Transportation is proposing to build a 14 bay, vehicle storage garage on a
portion of Lot 4 of the city of Ft. Collin's East Vine Streets Facility P.U.D.
The building is planned for garaging of trucks and other heavy equipment. Only very minimal equipment
maintenance functions are anticipated at this location. No painting or welding will be done here. No
flammable materials, solvents or other hazardous materials will be stored on the site.
All equipment maintenance is done at the Loveland CDOT location.
