Is the activity located adjacent to an arterial street? (Not applicable for uses with fewer than twenty-five (25) employees or less than fifty thousand (50,000) square feet GLA.) d. Does the activity reduce non-renewable energy usage through the application of alternative energy systems or through energy conservation measures beyond those normally required by the Model Energy Code as adopted by the City?
