wide utility and sidewalk easement.
7. A Soils Report dated April 22, 1991, has been submitted.
8. On Sheet 3 of 6, a note has been added to indicate the existing access and drive
will be vacated.
9. The fire hydrant has been relocated.
10. O.K.
11. Fuels are not stored or dispensed at this site.
• Waste Oil is stored and recycled as required by State Law.
• Most paints are not solvent based and are stored as required by Poudre
Fire Authority.
• Solvent -based products are in limited quantities and stored in flameproof
cabinets.
If specific quantities and methods of handling are deemed necessary, we can
require a report from our maintenance consultant.
12. The notes have been changed.
13. The tube steel picket fence is to be white.
14. The project I.D. sign will be identical to the existing Wood Street Service Center
illuminated sign.
15. On sheet 1 of 6, General Note #8 indicates the proposed lighting. We've also

18. This has been changed on the O.D.P.
19. On sheet 1 of 6, this has been added.
20. On sheet 3 of 6, we have indicated a concrete drive with painted directional
arrows.
21. On sheet 4 of 6, this has been changed.
22. The overhead doors will be painted white.
23. We have reviewed this possibility and have come to the conclusion that the new
addition stands on its own and we don't feel it is appropriate to use the older style
windows with the new construction.
24. All the sheet numbers have been changed. The O.D.P. is now a separate sheet
and the P.U.D. sheets are numbered as a set of 6, including the Landscape Plans.
Please let us know if you have any further issues regarding this project.
