Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
April 26, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as East Vine Streets
Facility Amended Overall Development Plan, #30-91 and East Vine Streets Facility,
Phase I - Final, #30-91B.
The applicant is requesting to amend the East Vine Streets Facility Overall
Development Plan to add parcels and land use designations. The site consists of
32.7 acres and is located south of Vine Drive Between Linden Street and Ninth
Street (Lemay Avenue). The entire site is zoned I-P, Industrial Park.
The applicant is also requesting to convert existing structures at 725 East Vine
into administrative offices and utility yard for the City of Fort Collins,
located on the south side of East vine between Lemay and Linden Street and zoned
IP, Industrial Park.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
