Dear Resident:
On Monday, May 6, 1991, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Bethel Temple Spanish
Assembly of God Church*, 600 Ninth Street, the City of Fort Collins Planning
Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting regarding a development
proposal in your neighborhood.
The development proposal involves converting the old Sugar Beet Plant on East
Vine Drive into an office and equipment and material storage facility for the
City of Fort Collins Streets Department. The site is about 32 acres and is
bounded by Vine, Ninth, and Linden Streets, but does not go as far south as
Buckingham Street.
The City of Fort Collins Streets Department is presently located at 700 Wood
Street. Because the City is growing, it is anticipated that street repair and
maintenance operations will also expand. If approved, the facility will have
administrative offices, truck and heavy equipment storage, and storage for
materials such as sand and gravel.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.

Planeamiento de la Ciudad de Fort Collins mantendr& una reuni6n de informaci6n

vecindado.
La propuesta de desarrollo propone converter la antigua planta procesadora de
azucar de remolacha (sugar beet plant), situada en East Vine Drive, en una
oficina y galp6n para guardar equipos y almacenar materiales para el
Departamento de Calles de la Ciudad de Fort Collins. E1 susodicho galp6n tiene
aproximadamente 32 acres y esta rodeado por las calles Vine, Ninth y Linden.
Si la propuesta es aprobada, el local tendra oficinas administrativas, garaje
para camiones y maquinarias pesadas y espacio para almacenar materiales como
arena y piedra.
La lists de los duenos de las propiedades afectadas para esta reuni6n de
informaci6n publica, esta tomada de los registros oficiales del Tasador del
Condado de Larimer. Debido al posible retraso entre la tenencia de algunos
hogares y anot_aci6n en e1 registro o debido a situaciones de alquiler, puede
que no se le haya notificado a algunos propietarios. Por favor sientase en
