HomeMy WebLinkAboutEAST VINE DRIVE STREETS FACILITY PUD OVERALL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FIRST NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING - 30 91 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGDevelo tent Services Planning Department April 22, 1991 Dear Resident: On Monday, May 6, 1991, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Bethel Temple Spanish Assembly of God Church*, 600 Ninth Street, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting regarding a development proposal in your neighborhood. The development proposal involves converting the old Sugar Beet Plant on East Vine Drive into an office and equipment and material storage facility for the City of Fort Collins Streets Department. The site is about 32 acres and is bounded by Vine, Ninth, and Linden Streets, but does not go as far south as Buckingham Street. The City of Fort Collins Streets Department is presently located at 700 Wood Street. Because the City is growing, it is anticipated that street repair and maintenance operations will also expand. If approved, the facility will have administrative offices, truck and heavy equipment storage, and storage for materials such as sand and gravel. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
