Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday September 5, 1991, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning
Department Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director
of Planning will hold an administrative review hearing to consider
a minor subdivision proposal in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Split Rail Minor Subdivision, Case #37-
91. The request is to convert the existing Lamplighter Motel to a
Residential Board and Care home for approximately 40 senior
citizens. No outside changes will be made to the building or lot,
with the exception of adding additional landscaping to the front
and side yards. The minor subdivision process is required to
create a legal lot for this proposed use which is an allowable use
in the H-B, Highway Business, zoning district.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
