HomeMy WebLinkAboutJONES MINOR SUBDIVISION - 35 91 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONMINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING JONES MINOR SUBDIVISION PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #35-91 WHEREAS, the applicants, Mildred F. Jones and Lindy Jones, have duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and have submitted this application for a Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: Lot 1, Jones Minor Subdivision, Situate in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 69 Nest of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting the required sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Tuesday, July 23, 1991 at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue, for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The Minor Subdivision now known as Jones Minor Subdivision hereby is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of _ the City for streets and utilities. B. The lot in this subdivision fronts on a dedicated right- of -way. C.
