Dear Property Owner:
On Tuesday, July 9, 1991, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department
Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado,
the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold a public
hearing to consider a request for approval of the Springer Third
Minor Subdivision.
The Springer Third Minor Subdivision is a request to create a legal
lot for a 4.3 acre parcel of land located north of Highway 14 and
west of Lemay Avenue, including a portion of the Poudre River. The
property is owned by the City of Fort Collins and is used as a part
of the open space area for the Poudre River trail system. There
are no plans to develop this property at this time.
This replat request is being processed and reviewed in accordance
with City Ordinance 29-644 of the City Zoning Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this public
hearing is derived from official records at the Larimer County
Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between property sales
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbors of this pending hearing so that all neighbors may
have the opportunity to attend.
