Entire southwest metal building structure is demolished in phase 2 All roof mounted equipment on the northwest metal roof will be removed in phase 1. New ductwork coming from the new RTUs "farm" will be kept on the east side of the ridge extending no more than half way up the slope x x x Small screen wall & associated units to be removed. New screen wall the full width of the north one-story flat roof section to be installed as a part of phase 1. Condensing unit to be removed as a part of phase 1. Existing RTUs are not readily visible from adjacent parking areas since they are positioned in the middle of the roof. They are centered on the roof and are not readily visible from any nearby parking or drive aisle. You have to get way back from the building to even start seeing the very top edge of the units. ALL AREAS OF DEMOLITION SHALL BE PREPPED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION. ALL MATERIALS THAT ARE TO REMAIN OR TO BE RELOCATED SHALL BE CLEANED & PREPARED FOR INSTALLATION. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL MECHANICAL REMOVAL W/ MECHANICAL DESIGN BUILD SUB CONTRACTOR. MECHANICAL MAY REQUIRE SELECTIVE DEMOLITION FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW SYSTEMS.
