General Information Owner John Gover is the existing owner and there are no proposed changes to the ownership as part of this proposal. Description The proposal is to convert my existing single-family house into an extra occupancy rental house. The neighborhood is LMN. No major changes are required for this project. The addition of curb stops for two of the off-street parking spaces, and an outdoor bike rack ( which complements bike storage in the tandem bay of the garage ) are the only modifications proposed.
