Staff Comments
Dear Ted:
The attached plans address staff comments of April 23. The numbering
reflects that used in your comments. Any numbered comment not
addressed here will be responded to by TST Engineers.
Per Planting Notes, location of trees will be adjusted to provide
the required clearance.
2. Final Planting Details will show PVC liner/apron for protection
of pavement. Street details will address curb type and cross
pan.
6. Provided.
7. Street names have not been determined yet.
8. The cul-de-sac lots at Brittany Court and "C" Court are graded
to provide walk -out basements. The side yards will have too
much grade change to provide a bike/pedestrian path, but there
will be a path between lots 40 and 41.
10. No fencing will be permitted along the Open Space described.
11. We have adjusted the walk location and median in the cul-de-
sacs to provide a 20' driveway apron clear of the walk.
12. Description has been re -worded.
13. Per our discussion with Rob Wilkinson of Natural Resources,
the developer will install protective construction fencing between
the wetland area and the development boundary. This will be in
place before any construction begins adjacent to this area.

14. The first paragraph of the Planning Objectives has been clarified
as to dates of approval.
