The application is reviewed by Larimer County staff and other interested agencies. It may also be reviewed by any municipality which is within three miles of the subject property. In addition to the Planning Commission meeting noted in the schedule above, all Zoning and Subdivision applications must be presented at a public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners.
