APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The following must be submitted to the Larimer County Planning De
1. Completed Application Form (seven copies).
2. Scaled drawing of the total property showing existing and pro
buildings, roads, parking, and other facilities (seven
as requested by staff). Scale 1" = 200' or larger.
3. For proposed non-residential uses, the applicant must provide

3. The application is reviewed by Larimer County staff and other interested
agencies. It may also be reviewed by any municipality which is within
three miles of the subject property. If the property is within an Urban
Growth Area, there will be additional requirements; the applicant should
first discuss this with County Planning staff and fill lout UGA Form 1 and
2.
4. The applicant must post a notification sign in a conspicuous place on the
subject property, as instructed by the Planning Department. This sign
is provided to the applicant when the application is submittted.

The applicant (or designated party) will be asked to wait for materials to be
checked in and will be given a list of items deficient to the application or a
certification of a complete application. Any application which is not complete by
4:30 p.m. on the deadline date will be returned to the applicant and not processed
until the next regularly scheduled deadline date.
In addition to the Planning Commission meeting noted in the schedule above, all
Zoning and Subdivision applications must be presented at a public hearing before
the Board of County Commissioners. That hearing will be approximately one month
after the Planning Commission meeting. The final decision on each application is
made by the Board of County Commissioners.
