Dear Property Owner:
On Tuesday October 29, 1991, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning
Department Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director
of Planning will hold an administrative review hearing to consider
a minor subdivision proposal in your neighborhood.
This request is known as the Massey Minor Subdivision, Case #43-
91. The request is to convert the existing building at 829 South
Shields Street into a ladies shoe store. The building has
previously been used as a restaurant and bar. No major outside
changes will be made to the building or lot, with the exception of
adding landscaping to the front and side yards and the addition of
a 500 sq. ft. storage area to the north side of the building.
The minor subdivision process is required to create a legal lot for
this proposed use which is an allowable use in the B-L, Limited
Business, zoning district.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
