Dear Property Owner:
On Wednesday January 22, 1992, at 7:00 p.m., at the Plymouth
Congregational Church at 916 W. Prospect Road*, the staff of the
Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to
discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The applicant is proposing to construct a residential three-plex
building on Lot 9, Blevins Subdivision, which is currently a vacant
lot. The units will be approximately 1000 square feet in size and
1 and 1/2 stories high, including the garden level. Nine on -site
parking spaces are proposed. The proposal is located at 500
Blevins Court which is north of Prospect Road and west of Whitcomb
Street. The applicant will be in attendance to present more
information and to answer any questions that you might have
regarding this proposal.
Last June you were notified of a neighborhood meeting for this
project, which initially was for a four-plex building. The
applicant has scaled down the building and made changes to the site
and landscape plan and would like your input on the new design.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
neighborhood meeting is derived from official records at the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between
property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel
free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so that all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
