Mark Taylor (City Water Engineer) has indicated he expects the water line and fire hydrant to be installed in the spring of 1992. (See also attached letter from Mark Taylor dated April 26, 1991.) The triplex will be under construction approximately 120-200 days barring unforeseen conditions.
