Development Schedule:
The triplex on Lot 9 Blevins Court will begin construction barring unfore-
seen events, approximately 10-180 days after a six-inch water line is
brought up Blevins Court. Mark Taylor (City Water Engineer) has
indicated he expects the water line and fire hydrant to be installed in
the spring of 1992. (See also attached letter from Mark Taylor dated
April 26, 1991.) The triplex will be under construction approximately
120-200 days barring unforeseen conditions.
