Statement of Planning Objectives
Cal City Land Use Policies achieved:
#3 The City shall promote: a. maximum utilization of

Mr. Glover. It is his intention that the development remain
under single ownership.

There are no business uses, no employees.
Cd7 Land use conflicts mitigation:
The applicant intends to use materials and scale of

the adjacent single family dwellings in order to
aesthetically integrate the proposed structure into the
neighborhood. Perimeter landscaping and privacy fencing are
intended to protect the neighbors' privacy and minimize
