Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 October 25, 1991 Dear Kirsten, Our Board met Sunday evening, October 20, 1991, and reviewed the September 26th Preliminary Submittal for BLEVINS COURT, LOT 9 PUD. It is the unanimous decision of the Board that this proposal is not sensitive to the immediate neighborhood nor does it address the issues and concerns which we have clearly related to the applicant, therefore we must remain in support of our original position for a maximum size development at this site of a one duplex with 2 bedrooms per unit (total: 4 bedrooms). A copy of the letter we have written to Mr. Glover is enclosed. We request that you please enter the letter into the file on BLEVENS COURT, LOT 9 PUD. Thank you very much.
