Hi Tim,
Thank you for the response.
We expect to have about 30-40 cars on the busiest day which is on Sunday. We will make the entrance directly west
of the church on Timberline.
Let me know if you need any more information from me!
Thank you,

Hi Tito,
Based on your description below the anticipated trip generation would not meet the threshold of
requiring a Traffic Study. Instead of a formal study, please provide a brief narrative (a few sentences)
describing when you would anticipate your busiest times for traffic, how many vehicles that might be,
and where the access point would be.
Also something to keep in mind is that Timberline is shown on the City’s Master Street Plan to be a 4
lane arterial and access may need to be limited at some point in the future. Give me a call if you have
any questions.
Thanks,
Tim

Hi Tim,
We talked a few weeks ago about building a 5100 square foot church at 1108 N Timberline Rd.
You mentioned that no traffic study was needed because there is not enough cars to require it.
Can you confirm your findings so that we have a record on file?
Thank you in advance!
Tito Moreira
