Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 11, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Paragon Point PUD, Phase
III - Preliminary, #48-91E.
The applicant is requesting 50 single family lots on 16.89 acres, located north
of Trilby Road and east of Lemay Avenue, zoned rlp, Low Density Planned
Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
