On behalf of Paragon Point P.U.D., Jim Sell Design requests a variance on the y I
requirement that 65 % of the lots be oriented with the front lot line within 30 degrees GO µPL

We are requesting this variance because the development of the Phase 3 site is largely OL � P
dictated by the circulation and open space system for Phase 1, making it virtually G F i fgR'
impossible to lay out a enough lots with the desired orientation to comply with the 11 FJ
Solar Orientation Ordinance. D.
