The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
October 19, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Paragon Point, Phase II,
PUB - Final #48-91C.
The applicant is requesting final approval for 36 single family lots on 15.64
acres, located north of Trilby Road and east of Lemay Avenue, zoned r-1-p, Low
Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records
