The proposed project is commonly known as Paragon Point, Phase U, PUD - Preliminary, #48-91C. The applicant is requesting 36 single family lots on 15.64 acres, located north of Trilby Road and east of Lemay Avenue, zoned r-1-p, Low Density Planned Residential with a PUD condition. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
