The handicapped ramps in the parking lot serving the neighborhood park have been relocated to the island immediately north of the first space and opposite the painted island south of the second space. Ramps have been or will be provided at the entrances to the concrete trail. 2. Any grass area not designated as irrigated turf will be a naturalized area planted with native grasses as indicated in the Plant Notes or with shrubs not requiring additional irrigation. Areas receiving this treatment are generally as follows: -- Areas disturbed by construction but not to be planted with irrigated turf; and/or -- Areas where mass beds of native shrubs are shown, such as south of the ponds in Phase 1. 3. This note is a City requirement. 4. Street trees in this location would be on private property and therefore difficult to establish and maintain by the homeowners association since there is no greenbelt planned in this location. we prefer to provide for such plantings through covenants and the architectural review board. 80524 (303) 484-,92, (30 Steve Olt, February 4, 1992 Page 2 5. The trail on the east side of the site will be constructed along with adjacent lots, up to but not including the bridge. The bridge and trails within the park will be built with the park. 6. The line weight of the future street has been changed. 7. The new note reads "Temporary Type II barricade to be installed when barricade at north end is removed." Steve, we believe this answers your concerns expressed in your letter. Items relating to the engineering drawings will be handled by TST and submitted separately. If you have any further questions, please call at your convenience. Sincerely, Jim Sell JIM SELL DESIGN
