The property in question before the City's Planning and Zoning Board is known as Paragon Point P.U.D. The final plan for this development is scheduled to be presented to the Board on March 23, 1992. Your comments reflect a thoughtful and incisive response to the issue of potential conflicts between wildlife in their habitat and future human populations within the City.
