Dear Property Owner:
"Please note a chance of date and location for the scheduled neighborhood meeting on the
property located south of Southridge Golf Course:
On Tuesday, September 24, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church, 4825 South
Lemay Avenue', the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information
meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. This has been changed from
the time and place indicated in your previous letter dated September 6, 1991. I apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause you.
The applicant intends to submit a request for residential development to include approximately
136 single family and 41 multi -family dwelling units on 148 acres. This property is located
north of Trilby Road, east of Lemay Avenue, south of Southridge Golf Course, and west of the
Union Pacific Railroad tracks. This proposal may include features such as a 10-15 acre park
site, a City trail corridor, and significant open space/sensitive natural areas.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is derived
from official records at the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the tag time between
property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending
meeting so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.

On Tuesday, September 17, 1991, at 7:00 p.m., at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish at 5450 South Lemay
Avenue', the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting
to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The applicant intends to submit a request for residential development to include approximately
136 single family and 41 multi -family dwelling units on 148 acres. This property is located
north of Trilby Road, east of Lemay Avenue, south of Southridge Golf Course, and west of the
Union Pacific Railroad tracks. This proposal may include features such as a 10-15 acre park
site, a City trail corridor, and significant open space/sensitive natural areas.
Enclosed is a brochure prepared by the Planning Department describing the Land Development
Guidance System. It gives you information on the review process that all development must go
through with the City. Please familiarize yourself with the brochure.
