On Thursday, April 2, 1998, at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, 281 North College
Avenue, the Director of Current Planning will conduct a public Administrative Hearing
on the Replat of Paragon Point, Phase 5, #48-91 M.
The request is to replat the property into 20 lots for 10 duplex buildings (20 dwelling
units) on 3.2 acres, located at the northeast corner of South Lemay Avenue and Trilby
Road. The previous approval was for 4 duplex buildings and 3 four-plex buildings (20
units). The property is in the RL - Low Density Residential Zoning District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
