The proposed project is commonly known as Paragon Point PUD, Phase 5 - Preliminary, #48-91R. The applicant is requesting 20 townhouse residential units on 3.10 acres located at the northeast corner of Trilby Road and Lemay Avenue and zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area, plus others in the general area who may be interested based on current County Assessor's records.
