Staff Comments
Dear Ted:
The attached plans address staff comments of June 28. The numbering
reflects that used in your comments. Any numbered comment not
addressed here will be responded to by TST Engineers.
3. These lots have been shifted.
4. Tree locations will be field adjusted to provide required 4'
separation.
5. We will provide PSCO easement with the 5th Filing. It will be
located east of the Trilby/ Lemay entrance to Filing 5.
9. Done
10. Bluegrass turf has been used in previous filings of this project,
and the developer desires to keep the same look. Soil amend-
ments have been incorporated to reduce water usage by the turf.
_ ___ Honeylocust has been substituted.
12. The Open Space Tract between Lots 40 and 41 is dictated by the
street profile and underground utilities. Due to the size of the
lots, there is no space for an additional access easement.
13. Similarly, the building placement and associated privacy issues
would be adversely impacted by more access behind these lots.
Ample access to the park and open spaces has been provided at
other locations.

14. Two fencing conditions occur in the development: Two -rail open
fences will be installed on the rear lot lines of Lots 57 through
65. In addition, 6-foot privacy fences will be allowed on the
duplex units at the specific location shown on this plan. 117EMOL""C'"

15. Seed mix has been added to the plan.
16. We have attached the memo regarding our conversation with
Rob Wilkinson.
17. Done
18. Landscaping in this island is less for traffic control than to break
the expanse of concrete. Bicycle traffic on the path has necessi-
tated relatively large radii.
19. Map has been changed.
