The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
July 26, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Paragon Point PUD -
Amended Overall Development Plan, #48-91H and Paragon Point PUD, 4th Filing -
Final, #48-91I.
The applicant is requesting and amendment to the Overall Development Plan to
modify the housing mix on Phases 4 and 5 located on the east side of Lemay Avenue
just north of Trilby and zoned rlp, Low Density Planned Residential.
The applicant is also requesting 65 single family lots on 12.58 acres located on
the east side of Lemay Avenue just north of County Road 32 and zoned rlp, Low
Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
