hatching of the side walk to be removed more clearly so there is no confusion in
the field.
There is no sidewalk being removed. The sidewalk near the Northwest Play area will be cut to allow for fence post footings.

Since the disturbed area is less than 10,000 square feet no Erosion and
Sediment Control materials are needed, however, site construction will still
need to maintain good housekeeping practices to prevent dirt and debris from
coming off the site. Enforcement would be driven on a complaint basis.
