TURNING EXHIBIT
THE TURNING EXHIBIT SHOWS THE MAXIMUM SIZE VEHICLE (33' MINI BUS) ABLE TO MAKE THE TURN WITHIN THE REAR YARD OF THE PROPOSED PLAN
AND A TOURING VAN PARKED WITHIN THE REAR YARD. IN THE EVENT OF A LARGE VEHICLE ACCESSING THE REAR, IT MAY BE NECESSARY FOR TWO
OR THREE POINT TURNING MOMENTS. AS SEEN IN THE EXHIBIT ABOVE, THE TURNING RADIUS CAN BE COMPLETED IN A SINGLE TURNING EVENT. IN ALL
ACCESS SCENARIOS, PARKING SPACES WILL NEED TO BE VACATED AND THE VEHICLE WILL HAVE TO DRIVE OVER OR BETWEEN THE 4" WHEEL STOPS
(SELECTED TO ALLOW FOR VEHICLE ACCESS). THE PARKING AREA IS DESIGNED AND PLANNED FOR A MUCH SMALLER VEHICLE (TOURING VAN - 19'
LENGTH) TO TYPICALLY ACCESS THE PARKING AREA.
