6. O.K.
7. A. A seed mixture has been recommended by Natural Resources, which will
be implemented.
B. There will be a blend of both native and more decorative species in the
pond area.
8-10. A five foot sidewalk has been added from the end of the cul-de-sac in the Estate
Lot Area to the private drive. The 4' walk connecting the private drive to the walk
along Horsetooth has been increased to 6', as requested. At this point the 5' wide
detached walk along Horsetooth has been increased to 7' wide, east to County
Road 9. This allows safe passage for bicycles to gain access to the proposed
bike lane in County Road 9.
10. The applicant has had discussions with Jim Hoff of the Engineering Department,
and it has been decided that the street names will remain.
11. O.K., the vicinity map has been modified.
Please let us know if you have any further issues regarding this project.
