The proposed project is commonly known as Stoneridge PUD, 4th Filing - Preliminary, #21-92H. The applicant is requesting 84 dwelling units on 22.34 acres and located north of East Horsetooth Road and west of County Road #9, zoned rlp, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
