The proposed project is commonly known as Mountain Ridge Farm PUD, 1st Filing - Final, #18-92A. The applicant is requesting final approval for 41 single family lots on 11.11 acres, located on the west side of South Shields Street approximately 1/4 mile south of Horsetooth Road, zoned rlp, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
