It appears that 10 b and 10 c is not applicable due to definition of the parking, RV storage and location of this facility. I hope this helps. Ron Fuchs >>> Peter Hoopes <Peter.Hoopes@wfinet.com> 11/16 3:49 PM >>> Ron, Thanks for the update on the USWest/Qwest tower at Harmony and S. College Ave. It appears that collocation here is out and that Nextel will have to continue with the present application. I'm sorry that the site plan I left you wasn't more help ... I '11 try to get you a better one to review. You haven't addressed the questions we discussed on Friday November 3rd, regarding the landscaping at The Toy Shed site on Red Cedar Circle; specifically Staff Review Comments #10.b. and #10.c., which you promised me clarification on. Would you please let me know what the determination is on these questions? Thanks, Peter -----Original Message ----- From: Ron Fuchs [mailto:rfuchs@ci.fort-collins.co.us] Sent: Thursday, November 16, 2000 2:29 PM To: peter.hoopes@wfinet.com Subject: Update Peter, Thanks for the photographs, I met with Ted Shepard of this office and he informed me that the City would be unable to support an extension to this tower. This is due to assurances made by this provider to not extend this tower in height. I did receive your plan document Sheet 1 of 2; however, it did not show the respective building, parking and landscape improvements (Sheet 2 of 2?). Hence, it is hard to justify a modification of Land Use Code standards based on this. Hope this helps. Ron Fuchs 1
