Dear Monterey Drive Resident:
March 5, 1999
You most likely received a notice in the mail with regard to a public hearing for the
Replat of Lot 19, Block 2 of the Replat of Evergreen Park, god Filing, otherwise
known as the vacant lot on the corner of Monterey and Foxtail. It has been brought to my
attention that the hearing time that was set up (Tuesday March 9 at 1:30p.m.) is
inconvenient for some of the concerned neighbors who would like to attend the hearing.
It was not our intention to exclude anyone from the ability to attend. We have therefore
rescheduled the hearing to an evening time frame. The Tuesday March 9, 1999 public
hearing has been rescheduled for Thursday March 25, 1999 at 6:30 p.m., and will now
take place in conference room D, 281 N. College.
You will receive an official notice of this new hearing date in a few days.
Sincerely,
I
Troy hones

Dear Resident:
On Tuesday. March 9, 1999, beginning at 1:30pm, 281 North College
Avenue*, Conference Room B, the Administrative Hearing Officer will
conduct an Administrative Hearing for the Replat of Evergreen Park, 2nd
Filing, Replat of Lot 19 in Block 2, #50-91 E.
The request is to divide a 24,773 square foot lot into two smaller lots of
13,090 and 11,683 square feet. The lot is at the corner of Foxtail Street
and Monterey Drive and is located in the existing Evergreen Park
residential subdivision that is west of North Lemay Avenue and north of
Conifer Street. The property is zoned RL — Low Density Residential.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time
between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental
situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please
feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors
may have the opportunity to attend.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at
221-6750.
