Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday,
June 17, 1999*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte
Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your neighborhood. The
proposed projects are commonly known as the Evergreen Park, Lots 1 & 2, Toy Shed,
PDP, #50-91 D.
This is a request for a Project Development Plan (PDP) for outdoor recreational vehicle,
boat, and truck storage on two previously platted lots that are a total of 60,280 square
feet (1.38 acres) in size. The property is located south and east of Redcedar Circle,
north of Conifer Street, west Blue Spruce Drive, and is in the I — Industrial Zoning
District.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to
provide input, written comments are welcome.
Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no
guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those
attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the
meeting.

*Please note that if the Thursday, June 171h meeting runs past 11:00 p.m., the
remaining items may be continued to Thursday, July 1, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall West.
