RE: Existing Tree Removal Feasibility Letter
As requested the following explanation for the need to remove 2 trees within the projects’ LOD
and replace with the requested 3 trees shown on the plan
In general the trees are in the driveway area, the preplanned location for the driveway needed to
be abandoned with the new driveway alignment as a back up due to the NHBZ.
Tree number 2 on the plan was codominant from the ground, with one of the 2 trunks dead and
the other half almost dead
Tree number 3 on the plan was mostly dead and again in the driveway area which is also
required to be exactly where it is due to firelane turn around.
