HomeMy WebLinkAboutEVERGREEN PARK LOT4 I-L SITE PLAN REVIEW - 50 91A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGCommu- y Planning and Environmental. vices Planning Department City of Fort Collins October 13, 1993 Dear Resident: On Thursday, October 21, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider an IL, Limited Industrial, site plan proposal in your neighborhood. This request is known as Evergreen Park Lot 4 - IL Site Plan Review, Case #50- 91A. The request is to allow outdoor storage of boats and RV's associated with the 4,800 square foot boat and RV storage facility on Lot 3. The lot is currently vacant and is located east of College Avenue and north of Conifer Street, on the east side of Red Cedar Circle. The proposed use is an allowable use in the I1, Limited Industrial, zone. Outdoor storage is allowed provided the entire lot conforms to City Code as it relates to parking and landscaping (sec. 29-491 to 29-496). Lot 4 is approximately 30,000 square foot in size. Streetscape landscaping will be provided by the developer along Red Cedar Circle. Additional drought resistent landscaping is proposed along the east and south lot lines. This IL site plan review request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with Section 29-372 of the City Code. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
